Registration Fees

  • Registration for Members will include:  All meetings, breaks,  Saturday lunch, Saturday night banquet and Sunday breakfast.
  • Registration for Spouse or guest will include: All meetings or Spouse/Guest activity with lunch, Saturday night banquet and Sunday breakfast.
  • Member/Guests Activity  – announcement coming!

(note: if paying by PayPal, a 3% transaction fee will be added)

Optimist:$150.00 before 7/21/23$155.00 after 7/21/23 or on site
Spouse/Guest$150.00 before 7/21/23$155.00 after 7/21/23 or on site
One Day Registration (Includes meetings and breaks only):$40.00 

Individual Tickets can be purchased for the following:

Saturday Lunch $48.00
Saturday Night Banquet$62.00
Sunday Breakfast$40.00

Notice to Optimist: When purchasing individual tickets, the $40 Daily Registration must be paid in addition to the ticket price for each day registered.

Conference Registration

Make hotel reservations directly with the hotel at 1-800-678-4120 and reference GATEway Group Code 8TH.  Or use the booking link:  GATEway Convention August 3-6, 2023 to complete your reservations. All room rates are $129.00 (Standard King) or $139.00 (Standard Queen Beds) per night. The hotel cut-off date is July 14, 2023. After that date, room rates may increase & reservations will depend on availability.
