Put on your top hats – it’s time for some razzle dazzle at the GATEway District’s Second Quarter Conference at the historic Read House Hotel in Chattanooga, Tennessee, February 10-12, 2017

Dont’ miss this extravaganza! There’s going to be a lot of glitz and glam as Governor Rudy and his team bring us more fun and games, great training and the inspiration to serve more youth and communities.

Past Governor Tony and his team will dazzle us at the annual District Awards Program

  • A “Glitz and Glam” Party/Dance (Come formal or in your Sunday best)
  • Leadership Development will inform us by providing training on how to run a successful club meeting, club marketing, growth, and introduce another new personal enrichment program.
  • GATEway will induct a new Hall of Fame member

So mark your calendars, dust off the old tuxedo or your Sunday best, go shopping for that new frock and come to Chattanooga to strut your stuff!

Spouse/Guest Tour Saturday, October 29, 2016

At the First Quarter Conference “First Sister” Sara Bannister will host a Spouse/Guest tour at the Northeast Georgia History Center at Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia. Participants will enjoy a self-guided tour exploring the stories of the many people who have called Northeast Georgia home. Exhibits and videos will introduce them to the early Paleo-Indians, the Cherokees, the devastating tornado of 1936 and the many other events that made the Northeast Georgia Region and Gainesville the thriving area it is today. Participants will also have a chance to browse the Center’s gift shop, stroll the gardens and historic buildings located on the Center’s grounds.

houndstooth-grillFollowing the tour, a luncheon will be held at “Houndstooth Grill” restaurant in Braselton. The tour will return to the hotel at approximately 2:00 p.m.
