Registration Fees

  • Registration for Members will include:  All meetings, breaks,  Saturday lunch, Saturday night banquet, and Sunday Breakfast.
  • Registration for Spouse or guest will include: All meetings, breaks,  Saturday lunch, Saturday night banquet, and Sunday Breakfast. 

(note: if paying by PayPal, a 3% transaction fee will be added)

Optimist: $135.00 before 1/6/23 $145.00 after 1/6/23 or on site    
Spouse/Guest $135.00 before 1/6/23 $145.00 after 1/6/23 or on site  
One Day Registration (Includes meetings and coffee break only): $40.00    

Individual Tickets can be purchased for the following:

Saturday Lunch  $40.00    
Saturday Night Banquet $60.00    
Sunday Breakfast $35.00    

Notice to Optimist: When purchasing individual tickets, the $40 Daily Registration must be paid in addition to the ticket price for each day registered.

Make checks payable to “GATEway District Optimist International” & send with registration form to: David Harter, 7616 Navarre Drive, Knoxville, TN 37919. Pre-registration must be postmarked no later than Friday, January 6, 2023. Cancellation, if necessary, must be

Make hotel accommodations by calling the Hotel Indigo-Athens directly at 1-866-808-1483 and reference Gateway District Optimist International (block code: GDO).  Or use the following link:  GATEway District Conference January 20-22.  From there select the room type (Rate $129.00/Standard King or Standard Double Queen Beds).  Hotel cut-off date is December 21, 2022.  After that date, room rates may increase and reservations will depend on availability.
