Registration Fees
- Registration for Members will include: All meetings, breaks, Saturday lunch, Saturday night banquet and Sunday breakfast.
- Registration for Spouse or guest will include: All meetings or Spouse/Guest activity with lunch, Saturday night banquet and Sunday breakfast.
- Member/Guests Activity – announcement coming!

Notice to Optimist: When purchasing individual tickets, the $40 Daily Registration must be paid in addition to the ticket price for each day registered.

Pre-registration must be postmarked no later than Friday, July 21, 2023. Cancellation, if necessary, must be made no later than Friday, July 28, 2023. All room rates are $129.00 (Standard King) or $139.00 (Standard Queen Beds) per night. The hotel cut-off date is July 14, 2023. After that date, room rates may increase & reservations will depend on availability. |
