Registration Fees
- Registration for Members will include: All meetings, breaks, Saturday lunch, Saturday night banquet and Sunday breakfast.
- Registration for Spouse or guest will include: All meetings or Spouse/Guest activity with lunch, Saturday night banquet and Sunday breakfast.
- Member/Guests Activity – announcement coming!

Individual Tickets can be purchased for the following:

Notice to Optimist: When purchasing individual tickets, the $40 Daily Registration must be paid in addition to the ticket price for each day registered.
If you prefer to pay by check, make checks payable to “GATEway District Optimist International” & send with registration form to: Jimmy Howard, 6609 Hilton Drive, East Ridge, TN 37412. Pre-registration must be postmarked no later than Friday, July 19, 2024. Cancellation, if necessary, must be made no later than Friday July 26, 2024. Or use the booking link: GATEway Convention August 1-4, 2024 to complete your reservations. All room rates are $129.00 (Standard King) or $139.00 (Standard Queen Beds) per night. The hotel cut-off date is July 11, 2024. After that date, room rates may increase & reservations will depend on availability. |
