Registration Fees
- Registration for Members will include: All Meetings, Breaks, Saturday lunch, Saturday night banquet, and Sunday breakfast.
- Registration for Spouse or guest will include: All Meetings, Breaks, Saturday lunch, Saturday night banquet, and Sunday breakfast.
Optimist $150.00 before 7/31/26, $160.00 after 7/31/26 or on-site
Spouse/Guest $150.00 before 7/31/26, $160.00 after 7/31/26 or on-site
One Day $25.00 (includes meetings and breaks only)
Individual tickets may be purchased for the following:
Saturday Lunch $42.00
Saturday Night Banquet $52.00
Sunday Breakfast $31.00
Please note this registration payment change: Early registration fees must be paid in advance to receive the discounted rate. Fees for early registration paid onsite will be assessed at the higher rate.

Pre-registration must be postmarked no later than Friday, July 31, 2026. Cancellation, if necessary, must be made no later than Friday, August 7, 2026. From there select the room type (room rate $139.00). Hotel cut-off date is July 14, 2026. After that date, room rates may increase and reservations will depend on availability.
