The Club Project Impact Report Online System is designed to capture and share the real-time impact of Optimist Clubs. It provides visible, up-to-date data on www.optimist.org including a live counter and access to full reports—helping showcase the organization’s collective reach. This system also strengthens storytelling, supports fundraising efforts, and increases overall engagement by making club impact more transparent and accessible.
There is no longer a “Club Pride Report” for project reporting. The Club Project Impact Report now replaces that portion of the process. With this approach, projects are submitted throughout the year, eliminating the need to remember and compile activities at year-end and making reporting simpler, more accurate, and more efficient.
*Please note that there will still be a Club End-of-Year Report to capture other required information for Honor Club, Distinguished Club, and additional awards.
How to Submit Reports
- Submitted through the Optimist Leaders portal
- Only Club Officers (President, Secretary, Treasurer) can submit
- Reports should be completed after each project (not year-end)
- Clubs can submit multiple reports at any time throughout the year
Training Document and PowerPoint
On Optimist Institute there is a step-by-step instruction document. Login to “Optimist Institute”, go to the “Quick Reference Guides”, and the module is called “Completing the Club Project Impact Report”.
